1. Services Overview:

Adventure Rides provides self-guided motorcycle route itineraries for riders in Australia, primarily on the East Coast and in New South Wales.

2. Eligibility:

You must have a valid motorcycle license to use our routes. You are responsible for ensuring your motorcycle is roadworthy and that you comply with all applicable traffic laws.

3. Personal Use Only:

Routes are for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, distribute, or share routes without our written permission.

Accuracy:

We strive to provide accurate route details , but road conditions, closures, or business hours may change. You are responsible for verifying information before riding.

Safety:

Motorcycling involves risks. You assume all responsibility for your safety, including wearing appropriate gear, following traffic laws, and assessing route suitability for your skill level and bike type.

Liability Disclaimer:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adventure Rides is not liable for any injury, damage, loss, or expense arising from your use of our routes, including accidents, road hazards, or third-party services (e.g., accommodations). You ride at your own risk.

5. Member rides and routes uploads:

Members of Adventure Riders may upload routes for inclusion in the members area, to be available to other members to view and download. Subject to our guidelines. We reserve the right to reject or edit submissions.

Ownership:

By submitting a route, you grant Adventure Rides a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, sell, and modify the route. You confirm the route is your original work and does not infringe on third-party rights.

Quality:

We may remove or update contributed routes if they become outdated or receive poor feedback.

Removal:

If you wish to remove one or all of your routes from our site, please email snailmoto@adventurerides.com.au with all of your detail and we will endeavor to remove them in a timely manner.

6. Intellectual Property:

All content on our website and routes (e.g., maps, descriptions, logos) is owned by Adventure Rides or our licensors and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without permission, except for personal use as part of a purchased route.

7. Privacy:
